India test fires IRBM Agni-II from Wheeler Island

Balasore, India today conducted the users trial of surface-to-surface Intermediate Range Ballistic Missile (IRBM) Agni-11 from the launching complex-1V at the Wheeler’s Island near Dhamra off Orissa coast.
The two-stage surface-to-surface missile, powered by solid propellants, was test fired at 1008 hrs, Integrated Test Range (ITR) sources said.

Srinagar, An Army porter was killed under mysterious circumstances in north Kashmir, official source said today.
They said 20-year-old Waseem Ahmad Bhat, working with 18 Kaman regiment at Baladul post in Gulmarg sector, died under mysterious circumstances.
