Army Commander reviews Manipur situation

Imphal, Lieutenant General R K Loomba, AVSM accompanied by GOC 3 Corps arrived here today on a two-day visit.
The officer was received by Major General A K Choudhary,AVSM,SM,VSM,IGAR(S).
The Corps Commander reviewed the security situation in Manipur.

Teetwal liberation day celebrated by Army, locals in Kashmir

Srinagar, People at Teetwal, near the Line of Control (LOC), celebrated their liberation from Pakistan by organising joint cultural, sports and other programme with the Army.

India test fires IRBM Agni-II from Wheeler Island

Balasore, India today conducted the users trial of surface-to-surface Intermediate Range Ballistic Missile (IRBM) Agni-II from the launching complex-1V at the Wheeler’s Island near Dhamra off Orissa coast.
