Woman dead, several injured due to wind storm

Baramulla, A woman was killed and several others were injured when wind storm damaged several houses in north Kashmir tonight.

Official sources said roof tops of several houses were blown up due to strong wind storms at Handwara in the frontier district of Kupwara.

A woman identified as Shamima was killed when a portion of roof fell on her, sources said and added several others were also injured in similar incidents.

The injured were admitted to hospital.
