40 hospitalised with diarrhoea in Gulbarga dist

Gulbarga, Forty people have been hospitalised with diarrhoea in last 24 hours at Saidapur village in Gulbarga District.
Official sources said 20 people complained of vomiting last evening and were admitted to local hospital and as many complained of similar cases today following which they were admitted to Government hospital at Shahapur.
Sources said it may be due to consumption of contaminated water from an open well.
