Exhibition of Ravi Varma’s works

Tirupati, A photo exhibition of famous artist Ravi Varma’s paintings was organised at Tirupati Press Club.

Organiser Mr Singampalli Satyanarayana said he was proud to hold the event for the people of Tirupati on the occasion of the 161st birthday celebrations of the artist yesterday.

Ravi Varma was a revolutionary force who pumped courage into the movements undertaken by Ghokale and Vivekananda, he added.

An impressive turnout of people who came to see the exhibition said they enjoyed watching the beautiful creations of the legendary artist.
